Shipping & Returns
We ship all over the world from our retail and warehouse facilities in Connecticut, US. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of a paid order. Shipping and handling rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of items selected. Customers are expected to cover all customs, duties, and taxes for international shipments.
We know online orders don't always go as anticipated. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or gift order, we’re here to make things right by offering refunds and exchanges. Customer pays all shipping costs for refunded and exchanged items. We will gladly refund or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
In order for us to initiate the refund, you’ll need the order number and receipt or proof of purchase. To start a refund, please contact us at Sales@JustHatched.com. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation notifying you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
In order for us to initiate an exchange, you’ll need the order number associated with the item. To start an exchange, please contact us at Sales@JustHatched.com. Once we receive your request, we’ll reach out to you to arrange replacements.
